Welcome to the About me Page of Amy's Photography Website

Picture of a self-portrait Amy WilliamsI have always had an interest in photography, even though I didn't have a digital camera until Christmas 2008, I would take photos on my phone simply because I love nature and I like bringing the nature home with me. When I got my digital camera for Christmas, I was happy knowing that I can now take photos of what I love properly and more professionally than before when using just my mobile phone. However, now at 17 years old, I am progressing slowly towards my future as a hopeful photographer.

I have always enjoyed looking in art galleries because I like the way on how so many things in the world inspire people to become what they are today, either an artist, or a photographer. Ever since I took art for my GCSE's, I have always had an eye for art. Everything I see today, I believe I can make it into a great and glorious photo.

What inspires me the most about photography are the landscapes. There is such a wide range of landscapes that you can take in the world, simply billions, and every single one is beautiful and worth taking photos of. Also, I do take photos of flowers, animals, black and white photograph, portraits etc, on the other hand, I do prefer taking photos of landscapes as I believe they are more interesting and more beautiful than you imagine.

Photography to me is a passion, everywhere I go I bring my camera because I know I am going to see something photo worthy, and I would regret not taking it. I am not a professional photographer, but some day I will hopefully be, because my passion is all around me and I am inspired and ready to take photos everyday.
